Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery:

All orders over £25 will be sent with Tracked 48 shipping for FREE. Otherwise, standard shipping to all UK locations is FREE. If you leave your email address at checkout, we will email you dispatch / tracking information. If you don’t see an email from us, please check your junk folder.

Orders are dispatched on the same day as ordering if placed Monday – Friday no later than 1pm. Any orders placed outside of this time will be sent on the following working day.

Standard Delivery: Please allow 3 - 7 working days for delivery once the order is dispatched. Shipping cost is FREE by 2nd class.

Tracked 24 Delivery: Please allow 1 – 2 working days once the order is dispatched. Free shipping for all orders over £20. Otherwise £3.99.

International: Currently we do not ship orders outside of the UK. If you are overseas and want to place an order, we can suitability package the order for you but you will need to arrange collection from our warehouse and the delivery to yourself. This is due to ongoing issues post-Brexit at borders and customs. Successful delivery and transit of the order will be your responsibility.
